Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions apply to all orders and supersede all others.

These conditions shall take precedence over any conditions of the customer and shall not be varied without consent from Brand That Promotional Products.


"Brand That" means Brand That Promotional Products.

"Customer" means the company or person agreeing to buy goods or services from Brand That Promotional Products.

"Product" means any service or product supplied to the customer by Brand That Promotional Products.


Samples are available on request to check colours, materials and sizing. 

Some samples may incur a charge and payment will be required before any samples are sent out.

Any samples sent out for inspection are considered on loan and if they are not returned in good condition within 28 days of receipt may then be invoiced.

Prices and Ordering

Where applicable all prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Unless otherwise stated all prices exclude carriage and artwork charges.

Artwork must be approved by the customer before any order can be processed.

Brand That Promotional Products reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Brand That retains the right to change prices, carriage charges and specification of goods without notice owing to circumstances beyond our control.

Brand That Promotional Products cannot guarantee that products supplied will be identical to those previously supplied.

Any amendments made to artwork supplied by the customer will be charged at a minimum of £10.

It is industry standard that some printed products may be subject to 10% under or over run. We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within 10% plus or minus of the quantity of printed goods ordered and you will be charged at the contract rate for the quantity delivered.

Artwork Guidelines

To avoid unnecessary charges and delays please ensure you provide your artwork in Vector EPS format or as a press quality PDF, including any specific Pantone references.  Should you not have artwork in a suitable format we can redraw for a fee, subject to sight of the artwork.


Payment is required before any order is processed unless credit facilities have been approved in advance. Payment on pre-approved credit accounts shall be made in full within 30 days of invoice.

Any discounts are offered on the strict understanding that the account is paid in full by the due date. We reserve the right to invoice any such discounts if an invoice becomes overdue.

BACS is our preferred payment method however we do accept cheque payments.

Overdue accounts will be charged interest at 2.5% above the prevailing base rate per month or part thereof.

We reserve the right to charge you for any legal collection charges where it is necessary to obtain payment from you of an overdue account through a third party or court proceedings.


You must inform Brand That Promotional Products by email info@brandthat.co.uk if you wish to cancel your order. Brand That will charge accordingly for all work done and materials purchased in addition to an administration fee of £30 for each cancelled order.


Colour, size and positioning will be at Brand That's discretion even on repeat orders unless otherwise specified.

Due to the customisation process and the way that colours can merge, Brand That Promotional Products cannot guarantee a perfect match on pantone colours.

Brand That Promotional Products reserves the right to use a customer's logo in our brochure or on our website unless otherwise instructed.

For repeat orders the onus is on the customer to make sure Brand That Promotional Products has all the correct details to fulfill the order.

Brand That Promotional Products reserves the right to alter design, material and product specification of any product without notice.

Logos and Branding

Any products displaying names and trademarks on the website are not indicative of supply or endorsement. They are representatives of what can be achieved with branded, personalised and printed promotional products and corporate gifts.

Product Descriptions

All promotional items featured on this website are correct at the time of publication. Brand That Promotional Products cannot accept responsibility for any promotional product which may be withdrawn or altered by the manufacturer.


Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but, any delivery date specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods.

All deliveries will be charged at the prevailing rates applying at the dates of such delivery.

Special express deliveries can usually be arranged but will usually be subject to additional charges.

Delivery time quoted is from receipt of order or approval of our artwork where applicable.

Products supplied by Brand That Promotional Products are delivered at the risk of Brand That. Customers must inspect the goods immediately following delivery and contact the company within 48 hours to notify of any damaged, missing incorrect items.  Any incorrect items will need to be returned to us before any credits or refunds will be made.

Any claim for damage or loss must be followed up by email to info@brandthat.co.uk No claim for loss or damage due to delivery will be allowed if the customer claims outside the above time limit. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty or incorrect please notify Brand That Promotional Products immediately. The goods may need to be returned to us to be examined if necessary to determine the cause of the fault. Provided that the goods have been used in a manner consistent with the manufacturer's instructions, and that the fault has not occurred due to the consumer's misuse of the goods, Brand That Promotional Products will offer to repair, replace or refund the faulty item. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty and Guarantee

Any period and terms and conditions are limited to that provided to Brand That Promotional Products by their suppliers for the products and shall be passed onto the customer.


Brand That Promotional Products will not be held responsible or to account for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that was not foreseeable to you or us resulting from when you first used the website or a contract between us regarding the sale of goods was initiated.

Uncontrollable Events and Delays

In case of delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of Brand That Promotional Products or its suppliers; Brand That shall have the right to either suspend delivery or to cancel the contract without liability.

Examples of Uncontrollable Events are (by way of example and not limited to) strike, lockout, riot, revolution, war, epidemic, working difficulties, transportation difficulties, fire, acts of God and failure of suppliers or official regulations.

Customer Obligations

Whilst Brand That Promotional Products offer advice on best practice and effective products you are responsible for your own choice of product and the suitability for any particular purpose. You must ensure that any products are appropriate.

Ownership and Risk

Ownership of goods shall not pass to the customer until full payment has been received by Brand That.

You shall retain such goods separately from other goods and clearly mark them in such a way that they can be readily identified as being our property and any payment received by you for any sale of such goods must be held in a separate account in trust for us. In the event of non-payment by you for such goods we will, without loss of any rights or remedy, remove from your possession those goods belonging to us in accordance with these terms and conditions and we shall be entitled upon the property where the goods are stored and repossess and remove the same. You hereby grant us irrevocable license to enter your premises for the said purpose.

The risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.


If any part of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court the rest are unaffected.

There is no cooling-off period for goods supplied with an imprint applied as per an artwork brief and artwork acceptance. This is a special condition which applies as the goods cannot be returned to stock for resale.
